Overview
At the core of Aspen CRM are Contacts, Opportunities, and Accounts
Contacts
The Contacts List is the default landing page of the web app. From here you can:
See all contacts you own or follow, as well as all contacts
Sort and filter by any field
Click into a Contact Record for full details
A Contact Record contains several sections:
Relationship Bar & Action Bar: Displays relationship strength and actions a user can take with a contact
Contact Information: Name, email, phone, and other core fields
Team: Employees at your company with a relationship to the contact
Activity: A log of interactions with this contact (emails, calls, meetings)
Opportunities: Deals associated with this contact
More Info: All standard and custom fields for this contact
Notes: Freeform notes about this contact
Opportunities
The Opportunities List is the default landing page of the web app. From here you can:
See all opportunities you own, as well as all opportunities you have access to
Sort and filter by any field
Click into an Opportunity Record for full details
An Opportunity Record contains:
Highlights: Key deal summary (stage, amount, close date)
Team: Your internal team members working this deal
Contacts: The customer contacts involved in this deal
Details: All opportunity fields
Notes: Freeform notes about this opportunity
Accounts
The Accounts List is the default landing page of the web app. From here you can:
See all accounts you own, as well as all accounts you have access to
Sort and filter by any field
Click into an Account Record for full details
An Account Record contains:
Highlights: Key summary information about the account
Team: Employees at this account
Contacts: People at this account and their role
Details: All fields for this account
Opportunities: Open and closed deals associated with this account
Notes: Freeform notes about this account
