Getting Started
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Step 1: Sign Up
Go to aspencrm.ai and click Free Trial.
Register using your Google account (business email domains only; personal email addresses such as gmail.com are not accepted).
Aspen automatically:
Creates your user account as an Admin
Provisions a new Organization (based on your email domain) and a default CRM Instance
Generates an API token for developer access
Step 2: Choose Your Next Step
After signing up, you'll see two options:
Go to the Web App: Explore your new CRM instance right away as a sales user.
Go to the Admin Console: Configure your instance, invite users, and set up integrations.
Step 3: Explore the Admin Console
The Admin Console is where you manage your CRM environment. From here you can:
View and manage your Organization (your company's domain)
Create and switch between Instances (think of these like projects; you can have a Developer/sandbox instance and a Production instance)
Access onboarding steps to open the app, customize it with Aspen Builder, set up Google Workspace sync, connect Claude, connect Codex, and more
Step 4: Open Your CRM App
Your CRM app is immediately available at a unique URL in the format <your-domain-instance>.aspencrm.ai. Share this URL with your team so they can log in. Mobile users can download the Aspen app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
