Using Aspen Mobile

Overview

The Aspen mobile app lets you access your CRM on the go from your iPhone or Android phone. The mobile app is a hardcoded, opinionated experienced focused on Contacts, Opportunities, Accounts, Leads, and Cases. It does not display custom objects or fields.

What's Available on Mobile

The mobile app supports the five core standard objects:

• Contacts

• Accounts

• Opportunities

• Leads

• Cases

What's Not Available on Mobile

• Custom objects (objects your admin has created beyond the standard set)

• Custom fields on standard objects

For access to custom objects and fields, use the Aspen CRM web app.

Global Search on Mobile

Use Global Search to quickly find Contacts, Opportunities, Accounts, Leads, and Cases. Results are grouped by type and sorted intelligently; your own records appear first, followed by others alphabetically.
