Aspen Web

The Aspen web app is a responsive interface built on Typescript and Rust, both of which help make it a stable, speedy, and secure experience for its users.

Depending on the instance settings your administrator configured, you will access the web app with the Instance URL. Make sure you bookmark it, so it's easy for you to jump into Aspen. The format of the URL is:

https://0000-00-####-ip.aspen-crm.com/[domain]/[instance]

Once signed in, you will be able to use the following capabilities:

• Search: Search for contacts, opportunities, accounts, leads, cases, or custom object records.

• Tab Collections: A tab collection is a grouping of navigation tabs. Your Aspen instance will start with one, but your administrator may create and customize more.

• List View: Each object, whether standard or custom, comes with a list view so that you can find and review any record. You can filter and save customized list views.

• Records: Records are individual representations of your contacts, opportunities, accounts, leads, cases, and custom objects. Each standard object has a different out-of-the-box layout for its records, while custom objects will have customized layouts.

Aspen Mobile

Aspen Mobile is available on iOS and Android. When Aspen CRM is made Generally Available, you can download them on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
